If you need any assistance with choosing your requirements or if you need advice on different solutions then we can offer you a free consultation over the phone or live chat. After that you provide us with your budget, backup space needs and any special requirements you may have like r1soft or dedicated server hardware specifications. We will find a backup service / VPS / dedicated server / cluster or cloud provider based on your requirements and report back to you with a detailed report of total expenses of the dedicated server and licenses etc. Upon your approval and purchase of these services we will setup your servers, which includes:

  • Installation of an industry standard firewall & brute force protection. (APF & BFD or CSF)
  • Upgrade kernel to latest os release
  • Secure /tmp and /var/tmp
  • Root login email alerts
  • Disable telnet and direct root logins
  • Hardening /etc/hosts and /etc/resolv.conf
  • Sysctl.conf hardening and tuning
  • Libsafe installation

We will setup your existing servers to backup your data with your preferred backup method to the newly purchased backup servers and we will fully manage your backup servers. We will monitor your backups and report back to you if any problems arise.

The setup cost of this package is $20 USD and this price covers the consultation, server setup, setting up the backup tasks, server hardening, 3rd party software installation and security auditing. All of these tasks will be handled by our certified system administrators. The monitoring of your server is $2,95 USD a month for up to 5 servers and $1 USD for each additional server.
